About the Founder

Jose Arnold “Dr. A” Tariga, PhD, MSN, RN, NPD-BC, NE-BC, CPHQ, FNYAM, FFNMRCSI is an internationally educated nurse, educator, and nursing professional development leader with over 17 years of experience across the Philippines, the Middle East, and the United States.
He has held clinical, educational, and executive leadership roles, where he designed and led transition-to-practice and workforce development programs for internationally educated nurses and healthcare organizations. His work blends lived experience with evidence-based practice, with a focus on cultural humility, competency development, leadership growth, and sustainable workforce integration.
He is also the author of Building the BRIDGE, a book that explores personal and professional transitions through the same framework that guides this advisory practice.
